The best part of this accommodation -the view. The balcony gives you the best view of the ocean and the town. You can just sit and watch the panorama. Also location is very convenient to access beach, town center, old town, shopping. Everything is in 3-5min walking distance.

The cons are: 1. Noisy neighbourhood. Dogs are barking all day, and kids shouting in a street, traffic noise. There is no noise isolation. So not suitable for sensitive people who want peace and quiet. 2. The stairs. To access the apartment you need to overcome the good amount of stairs. So not for people who have joint, knee or heart problems. 3. The apartment for sure needs to improve it's amenities:shower plastic wall has 2 big cracks, and if you are not careful you can cut your legs while showering. Also the pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable. The washing mashine makes very loud and squeeky noises while operating. One balcony chair is broken. All in all, this apartment is suitable for young active person/couple who don't stay much indoors, and are not sensitive to background noise.
