10 minutes from the airport. Staff is helpful.

There is a reason it's inexpensive; for one thing the air con in my room was barely functioning. I waited 20 minutes and realized it might take all night to cool off. That combined with the fact that you cannot go down to the lobby and have a beer (no alcohol) led me to depart before spending the night. I guess I didn't read the fine print. Probably just a long travel day, but the vibes didn't work for me.

Unfortunately, very noisy, planes flying over your window, literally.

I've stayed here twice due to it's close proximity to the airport and also the nearby neighborhood of São João do Brito with cute restaurants and shops. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Luis at the front desk was especially friendly and Nareem at the door made sure I was fully taken care of despite the lobby being very busy he was perfectly attentive. I also enjoyed the Spa and the friendliness and treatments by Gabrielle, Andrea, and Barbara. The pressure boots treatment was great before and after my long haul flights and days of walking. It was nice that the Spa and the bar were paid for separately so check out is super fast. I love that the bar was alcohol-free. The location across from the large park was superb (a little getting used to the noise and airplane it feels you could touch. My corner room, 516 was great for laying in the comfortable bed in the morning and watching the planes come in.

It would have been nice to open the curtains and not see dirty windows... really dirty. I thought the jaqcuzzi could be warmer in the spa. It would be fun if the bar offered more alcohol free drinks such as the 0% alcohol Gin that is MADE IN PORTUGAL. :-)

Hotel muito bem equipado e acolhedor, com bastante oferta de serviços e opções. Fica bem localizado e super acessível de transportes ou mesmo carro, sendo aqui uma mais valia ter estacionamento. Os funcionários são simpáticos e perante uma situação que tivermos com o berço do nosso filho foram rápidos a responder e resolver a questão. O restaurante funciona muito bem e a comida é muito boa e o pequeno-almoço 5 estrelas. Tem variedade e qualidade. Uma boa escolha!
