The Navigator - Palm Oasis Alvor - All Inclusive

What I liked the most was the outdoor space, which is very pleasant and well maintained. There was also an animal-themed entertainment activity, where they presented animals such as snakes, turtles and parrots. This was a great experience, especially for families, and the children really enjoyed it. They also loved the inflatable in the pool, which was definitely a highlight. The hotel’s shuttle service to the beach is also very convenient and a great added value. The room has a good size and was clean, which is important. Overall, the facilities are well presented and suitable for a relaxing stay.

The beds were not very comfortable and could be improved. There was also an issue in the bathroom, as the toilet had a leak and the water would keep running, requiring us to manually close it at the tap. Breakfast had good quality products, but the variety was below what would be expected from a 4-star hotel. The same applies to lunch/dinner, which could offer more diversity.

Não foi não gostar, mas seria um aspeto a melhorar bastante: variedade do buffet (almoço, lanche e jantar) e qualidade da comida.

Haver sempre algum bar aberto em qualquer horário foi muito bom.

No me gustó la poca variedad que tenía en comida, luego tiene piscina pero no proporcionan toallas para la piscina, la bebida está regular y poca animación.

Simpatia dos empregados, Limpeza.

Camas e almofadas um bocado desconfortáveis.
