"FAMILY HOTEL NOT FOR ALL FAMILIES!!"

The kids section BUT they have many machines that you need to pay 1€ or 2€ to use…. In two different areas. At the reception so when you are doing the check in the kids are asking you for money and outside of the building more paying machines and they keep asking you for money. If it’s a kids hotel, make it all free for them!

This hotel is only for families with maximum 2 kids. If you have 3 kids you have a problem. You can’t book all the rooms because they are not connected and they don’t have a room for big families… very sad to feel discriminated that way when it’s advertised as a family hotel.

Da simpatia da maior parte dos funcionários, das várias atividades realizadas e da variedade nas refeições.

Do acesso da piscina interior ser pelo exterior e de haver a realização de atividades mesmo no início da hora do check in. Houve também atividades que necessitam de marcação prévia e já não havia disponibilidade.
