fantastyczna lokalizacja, pomimo tego ze oka wychodziły na uliczkę po której jeździł słynny tramwaj 28, okna dobrze wygłuszone, gospodarz bardzo pomocny, blisko wszędzie na piechotkę - Alfama , Chiro, metro.

Parking podziemny, choć ciasny, dziwny ale był nam bardzo na rękę, no i w cenie. Lokalizacja całkiem dobra, ale z minusami.

Dość brudno, pod kanapą tumany kurzu. Pod prysznicem zacieki czarne albo z kamienia. Popsuty uchwyt na prysznic, pęknięta deszczownica. Kołdry mieliśmy przygotowane dwie, choć było nas czworo. Z jednej strony mieszkania, jakby na dziedzińcu są wyloty wentylacji które czasami hałasują. Z drugiej strony ruchliwa uliczka z tramwajem 🙂. Nie ma żadnych specjalnych widoków z okien.

The place felt homey. It is close to the river and downtown. There is an excellent store about 75’ away. Communication with management is very quick.

It’s very George Orwell 1984. They don’t let you in until you call them and are standing at the gate even though they send a code. For us it was not activated until we called them. They let you know they monitor your noise level in the apt. And they did not tell us there was construction from 8am to 8pm Monday- Friday. Fortunately they were only working Saturday for a few hours but the smells from the work was horrible! Thankfully it was only in the hallways and did not permeate into the apartment. The bed is horrid! We did not sleep well and had back aches the entire time we were there.

Bardzo czyste, wygodne mieszkanie, w kuchni było wszystko co potrzeba. Świetnie, że sypialnia jest oddzielona drzwiami i korytarzykiem od salonu, więc bez problemu mogą zatrzymać się w tym apartamencie dwie osoby, a nawet rodzina z dzieckiem. Można spać na kanapie. Nie ma wilgoci w mieszkaniu, jest ciepło. W bloku czysto, okolica pełna knajp, dobrze skomunikowana i bezpieczna. pod domem bar i kawiarnia.

Trochę głośno za oknem od sypialni, z powodu budowy. Okna są cienkie i nie tłumią hałasu maszyn.

Apartamento es amplio pero está muy vivido. No estaba sucio pero tampoco se puede decir que estaba limpisimo. No nos dejaron bayeta para la cocina. .

La ubicación, la distribución, el garaje y por lo general todo

El ruido de la calle, hay mucho ruido debido a que la gente está de fiesta en zonas cercanas al alojamiento

Location of the apartment is excellent, especially if you need a place to stay outside of the whole city craze. We are keen walkers and didn't have a problem walking to the center and back. Having a spot in the garage for free in the city like Lisbon is a special treat which erases some minor flaws. We woul recomment this place

Checking-in with several codes needed to get a key was a little bit annoying, but doable. When coming with a car, it can be difficult because before being able to enter to garage you need to park outside, and that's usually a problem. Same goes when checking out, you need to take car out of the garage, leave it on the street, and then to take keys back to the apartment. There should be some easier way.
