- super helpful host, immediate responses and very hospitable (she left us also a welcome gift which we found very cute!) - place felt very clean, all facilities needed where there (including soap, washing liquid, shower gels, clothing rack for drying our clothes). This made our every day life so much more convenient being there and we were always looking g forward to coming back home after a hike and truly relax - good height room, you see a glimpse of the sea from the balcony and can enjoy great sunlight with your breakfast - room just like in the pictures

Bed felt slightly stiff in case you’re a person with back problems

Wonderful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the central part. The apartment has a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean.

Everything was wonderful.

The studio apartment is newly refurbished, with tasteful decor and high quality furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped, with a full hob/oven, washing machine, etc. Excellent spacious bathroom with a great shower. Comfortable bed with lovely linens. We very much enjoyed eating on the balcony (in January!), with fabulous views of the city and the sea. The location is perfect - close to bus-stops (including Aerobus Stop 3), street cafes, the old market and supermarkets. Just 15 minutes walk to the sea front and swimming beach. Vitoria and her colleagues were very helpful - responsive, polite and flexible. There is construction work going on in the block and on the street, but the contractors are considerate and only work 8 - 5 pm. The apartment is very attractive, with a superb ambience for a relaxing stay in Funchal. We didn't want to leave and hope to visit again!

The balcony needs an electric light (this has not yet been fitted).

Мы чувствовали себя как дома, благодаря продуманности квартиры и полезным мелочам. Из окна видно океан. Кровать удобная, ночью достаточно тихо. Удобное расположение: минут 10 пешком до супермаркета, а до остановок автобусов от 3 до 15 минут пешком в зависимости от нужного маршрута. С нами общалась приветливая и отзывчивая сотрудница.

Был шум от ремонта по будням примерно с 8 до 17 (и в соседнем здании, и на нашем этаже), но нас предупреждали об этом.
