Sehr ruhig und fantastische Aussicht. Madeira Sun Travel sehr hilfsbereit und kooperativ.

Die Sauberkeit des Objekts war mangelhaft. Das Reinigungsteam wurde angefordert und hat 3 Stunden geputzt und Müll vom letzten Mieter entsorgt. Wir selbst haben für Geschirr abwaschen, Gefrierschrank abtauen und Küchenschränke in hygienischen Zustand bringen weitere 6 Stunden gebraucht. Warmwasser gab es erst nach einem Tag. Im Objekt gibt es schwere Sicherheitsmängel: Rauchmelder nicht funktionsfähig., kein Erste-Hilfe-Set (die leere Verpackung wies Verfalldatum 2021 aus), Terrassenlampen lebensgefährlich (2 Fassungen mit Lüsterklemme ungeschützt angeschlossen, Kurzschluss und kein Licht bei jedem Regen), Rettungsring mit Seil am Geländer festgebunden, nicht benutzbar bei Gefahr). Im Haus ist ständig Kondenswasser und dadurch Schimmel an den Wänden und Gardinen. Wasserzulauf Waschmaschine hat zu wenig Durchfluss, Maschine geht in Störung.
