clean everywhere, room and bathroom spacious enough, very good standard of equipment, location close to the center of the town, but the building is slightly set back from the street, so car traffic does not disturb; fast and stable internet connection; nice welcome by the owner

"Nice place to stay over for one or more nights to discover the Lago d’Orta and region."

The rooms are spacious, airconditioned and quiet. All you need is there. The host is really friendly, welcoming and helpful.

For me it was fine and I don’t need more in the morning, but expect an Italian breakfast. That means coffee, juice and a brioche or something alike.

"Lovely little B&B"

The location was what I expected, and the room was very clean and spacious. I was left with some italian snacks and clean towels where given every day. Communication was easy when needed with the staff and everything was smooth and helpful.
