PALAZZO ESSENZA

The breakfast was awful, there was no restaurant at the building, you had to go to a nearby cafe, coffee, juice and a pastry, at tables outside surrounded by smokers, it made us feel sick, we didn’t bother the second day.

Turning up to a nonstarter rooms, with a phone number that nobody answered, so we had to go into a cafe along the road who eventually called “the director” he ignored us and walked to the rooms and opened up. Not a smile, no apology for the 40minute wait. Lovely room, with poor facilities eg 1 cup and saucer, it took us 24 hours to get another bear cup and another 6 to get spoons from the cafe.

Beautiful and spacious room, newly renovated, very comfortable.

Staff doesn’t speak english. Breakfast is at the coffee shop next door with virtually no options. Parking garage is paid 15 eur/day. Check out time is at the very strict time frame.

De kamer/gang is erg gehorig. Het licht van de hal schijnt over de deur door naar binnen.

Il palazzo era molto ben curato e pulito. L'accoglienza perfetta. Pur non essendo prevista, l'host ci ha omaggiato della colazione e di molteplici altre attenzioni.

Camera un po' piccola. Ho usufruito di una tripla ma era impensabile riuscire a starci in tre. Vero é che ho chiesto una modifica alla prenotazione da doppia a tripla solo qualche giorno prima e sono stata accontentata senza alcun onere aggiuntivo.

Il silenzio del luogo, la pulizia e la dimensione della camera, bagno dotato di tutto.

Purtroppo l’acqua dell’idromassaggio era troppo fredda per poterne usufruire, peccato
