Despite the apartment being comfortable and well located, the experience was not the best. The company that manages the apartment, should be much more professional in this business. Mostly of the times, made all the difference… Starting right away with check-in, where upon entering the office we are warmly welcomed by an employee sitting at the desk, but even with 2 empty chairs for customers, we were not even invited to sit down. Everything was done with the customers standing, in which the employee continued to sit… More annoying, was being with a child, who also had to be standing… Arriving at the apartment, where to start… In a few minutes, all 5 people had black feet such was the dirt on the floor. Obviously, it wasn't even washed. The window in the middle room (facing the street) did not close, the latch did not work and the blind was the same. Balcony window with damaged latches too, where it was not possible to lock. Bedroom on the right and the one on the left, with garbage (from used mask, papers etc…) under the beds. Everything had dust. All the bedside lamps, including the router, were unplugged. We had to connect everything ourselves. In one of the toilets, the sink was “DIRTY” !!! In the 2 bathrooms the toilet paper holders were damaged. In the room on the left, the bed didn't even have a mattress pad, which was not at all hygienic. In a reservation for 5 pax there were… 4 bed pillows… In the room on the right, as soon as we entered the apartment at 3:30 pm, we noticed that the ceiling lightbulb was blown. I immediately called the company that manages the apartment and reported the situation. Unbelievable that during the stay nothing was ever done and not even a simple phone call. We checked out and it stayed that way…

No kettle,(got one delivered from homing on day 2 in afternoon) NO AIRCON. Only one small fan in bedroom

the lack of power outlets in the kitchen. Some of the doors the locks are broken no shutter in the middle bedroom like the other two have. The living area the doors don’t fully close so the shutter is the only way to secure the apartment while out for the day and at night. It would also be a benefit to have a safe in the apartment also.
