Aoartamento muito bom

Recepção um pouco lento

Me encantó el hotel, habitación amplia y bien equipada, terraza grande y con vistas al mar, desayuno variado y de calidad, buena ubicación…..

Muito perto da praia e a limpeza.

Elevador lento, existe só 1. Os chapéus da piscina estão muito velhos e poucas espreguiçadeiras na piscina.

Why no coffee maker in room? Come on

Adorei a estadia, a limpeza impecável, o pequeno almoço e o jantar foi divinal.

Nada a apontar, foi tudo perfeito

As infra-estruturas eram muito boas.

Deixaram-nos uma hora à espera sem sequer terem pedido desculpas. O serviço por parte dos funcionários foi um pouco inconsistente, alguns eram prestáveis mas outros não tanto, demonstrando um pouco de arrogância.

We are quite disappointed as we've been to this hotel 6 months ago and the experience was incredible. This time it was the opposite, the staff wasn't as friendly as the other time, kids/baby room was closed so my kid couldn't enjoy it, breakfast was more expensive this time for some reason, but the worst part was the staff organisation & training. Staff was not trained at all, to the point that one of the staff members that working behind the lounge bar didn't know how to make a coffee (in an automatic machine.......), visitors were getting a bit upset because a simple bottled juice took ages to be delivered for example. We asked for a toast, which took 1.5hours to be made, and in the end was also burnt as hell, so couldn't really eat it properly... and cost us 30€ for that and 2 juices lol. It's a shame because we really like to location, proximity to the beach, amenities, and we were so disappointed because 6 months ago our stay was incredible. I would not recommend this hotel to spend any time during summer months, because if it was like that now that is not even summer peak I'm not sure I want to know how it will be in July/August.
