Falta de funcionários e cuidado com o hóspede! Num dos dias não limparam o quarto e tinha frigorífico e exaustor avariados. Nas refeições tinham falta de funcionários e não serviram bebidas a tempo da refeição.

Pequeno almoço buffet sem dúvida o melhor, bastante diversidade e boas instalações

Location and pool.

During our stay, there was a very unpleasant situation that affected our experience. It appeared that a company event was taking place at the hotel, which is perfectly understandable. However, in the evening, when my family planned to spend some time by the pool, several individuals associated with the event started trying to push families away from the area because of an event scheduled for later that night. Most families decided to leave, but I chose to stay, along with a few other guests. As time went on, the atmosphere became increasingly awkward, with some of these individuals giving us disapproving looks and making us feel unwelcome. Their attitude came across as quite rude and arrogant. What made the situation worse was that there had been no prior communication from the hotel regarding the event or any potential restrictions affecting the pool or other common areas. Guests should have been informed in advance so they could plan accordingly. Furthermore, these individuals were not even hotel staff, which made the situation even more surprising. The hotel should stand by its guests and ensure they can comfortably enjoy the facilities they have paid for. Overall, what should have been a relaxing evening ended up negatively impacting our stay and, unfortunately, somewhat spoiled the trip.

Gostei de tudo

Já lá tinha estado com a anterior gerência três vezes. Continua a ter excelentes instalações e óptica localização. O pequeno almoço é óptimo.

Durante a estadia ocorreram duas falhas graves de gestão do quarto. Num dia fomos acordados porque nos disseram, por engano, que tínhamos de fazer check-out. Noutro, foi atribuída uma chave do nosso quarto a outro hóspede e um funcionário chegou a abrir a porta às 23h00, apesar de estarmos no quarto a dormir e de estar afixada a indicação "Do Not Disturb". A situação foi reportada à direção, mas até ao momento continuamos sem resposta ao email enviado.
