Das Service war miserabel und der Check-In äußerst kompliziert. Es wurde Druck aufgebaut, ja pünktlich zu sein, weil es sonst teurer wird. Ich war dann vor Ort, habe den Schlüssel gefunden, aber konnte mit ihm nicht die Tür öffnen. Der Mitarbeiter, der helfen wollte, kam nicht. Ich hab 1 Stunde gewartet. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Den Betrag musste ich leider trotzdem zahlen.

Uma experiência a não repetir: - imensos problemas com a validação do cartão associado à reserva, o que é certamente do sistema deles porque tais problemas nunca aconteceram em qualquer outra situação; - exigem taxas extra pelo check in após uma determinada hora, quando as chaves estão numa caixa e não vem ninguém entregar-nos a chave, o que é só ridículo; - mal chegámos, demo-nos logo conta que a casa não estava limpa, havia cabelos no chão da wc, no sofá e no chão da sala, o sofá está cheio de pó e manchas (nota-se que não é limpo há imenso tempo); deparamo-nos também com o facto de que apenas tínhamos um lençol de baixo e uma capa de edredão para a parte de cima - reportámos logo a situação. Supostamente tinha ficado resolvido, só que não. Os cabelos continuaram no sofá manchado, apercebemo-nos à noite que os lençóis que tínhamos na cama tinham nódoas de sangue, mais tarde demo-nos também conta de teias de aranha na cozinha, reparámos que a banheira não estava limpa em condições, a mesa de jantar estava com nódoas de copos que foram pousados (o que indica que não foi limpa), na parede do quarto havia um mosquito morto colado, e não conseguimos usar louça nenhuma sem lavar primeiro, porque ficámos completamente enojados com tudo isto; - as toalhas de banho que nos deixaram, parecem mais toalhas de praia que toalhas de banho; - colchão da cama e almofadas extremamente duras e desconfortáveis.

Der Checkin Prozess ist mehr als kompliziert, man erhält mehrere gleiche Nachrichten, obwohl man Dinge schon erledigt hat. Das verursacht zusätzlich stress vor der Anreise.

Pros: the apartment itself is big and spacious, and located close to the beach (5 min on foot). Nearby a supermarket.

Cons: - Check-in: very confusing, we were told to show up at the indicated check-in time to avoid extra charges and that a courier would bring us the key. We arrived 15 minutes earlier and waited half an hour outside (temperature +35°C), then we called Homing and we received instructions for a self check-in. - The address indicated on Booking.com is not correct and the correct one is shared afterwards. - Contradicting description of the accomodation and listed facilities. Air conditioning (AC) was reported as available in the description, and we rented the apartment based on it, however it was missing in the facilities. The apartment DOES NOT have AC. We called Homing customer support asking for explanation, we were told that this is a standard description of similar apartments and we should not pay attention to it. No solution was offered, and the guy just hung up on me, while I was still talking, with a very unpleasant and unprofessional "thank you, bye bye". I tried calling back and they did not pick up anymore. Very unprofessional behaviour of the house management. The description has now been changed, but I have a screenshot. Unfortunately, we rented the flat during the heatwave of June-July 2025; the apartment per se is poorly ventilated, and in those days it was extremely hot. The only available fan was also extremely loud, so we couldn't use it in the night. Leaving the windows open at night means being eaten by tons of mosquitoes (no mosquito nets available). - Hygiene: could be improved. The kitchen sponge was used and dirty, with leftover food. One bowl in the pans closet had dead insects inside. Disgusting. The closet at the entrance is full of personal items (e.g., clothes, slippers, open bottle of wine,...), not very hygienic. Trash bags were not provided. The kitchen bin had one, the bathroom bin didn't. Unhygienic. - No shower gel was provided. Only some shampoo and a small bar of soap.
