Everything, staff was efficient and friendly and wanted to look after you and make sure all your wishes were attended to

The only thing I didn't appreciate was the cost of the parking. On a 7 night stay, it was expensive....175 euros, other than that excellent value

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, wohlwollend und stets sehr um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht. Wir hatten während unserem Hotelaufenthalt einen akuten Notfall und das Hotelpersonal hat uns in dieser Situation sehr unterstützt, uns vieles abgenommen (Kommunikation mit dem Spital), war sehr mitfühlend und anteilnehmend. Auch beim Ein- und Auschecken, beim Zimmerservice, beim Frühstück und Abendessen wurden wir stets sehr warmherzig empfangen und betreut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, divers und unheimlich lecker und wir sehr appetitlich serviert. Jeden Tag erhält man vom Hotel eine kleine leckere Überraschung mit liebevollen Kärtchen. Das Hotel hat einen grossen Wellnessbereich mit Swimmingpool, Jacuzzi, Dampfbad, 80Grad Sauna, Erlebnisdusche und verschiedene Liegeplätzen. Auch ein kleiner Fitnessraum steht zur Verfügung. Alles ist stets sehr sauber gehalten. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig. Wirklich ein kleines Hoteljuwel und die Beschreibung „Small Luxury Hotels of the World“ passt perfekt. Sehr empfehlenswert, würde jederzeit wieder kommen, nur schon um dem netten Personal Hallo zu sagen :).
