Fabulous rooms with a small kitchenette with 2 hobs and a microwave. We didn't get a room with a sea view but as the sea was only 2 mins away on foot, we didn't mind. The breakfast was amazing,with lots to choose from and the staff were warm and friendly too.

La chambre est très bien et le personnel de l'hotel aimable. Le jacuzzi sur le toit est top par contre le SPA de l'hôtel principale est un peu vieillot avec des mauvaises odeurs d'humidité. La ville de Porto Moniz n'est pas incroyable, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir et les restaurants sont pour la plupart mauvais.

Friendly staff, great location, fantastic amenities, and superb view! Very scenic and relaxing. The staff are very accommodating and provide great recommendations. The natural pools near the accommodation are worth checking out, too!

Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unserem 2 Jahre alten Sohn in Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die kleine Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, auf unserem Sohn sind die Mitarbeitenden immer eingegangen. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

I won't argue with anyone who's given this place great reviews in the sense that yes, the staff are very great, and yes the area is great for rest, but this is very misleading hotel. On booking.com and on the hotel's website there isn't a single mention of how you'll have to go to the other hotels of the group to get the full breadth of the services offered. It would be fine if there was forewarning, but there isn't and then you arrive and every other thing requires you to go to different hotel. It's disappointing.

Nice apartament, great and helpfull service at the reception, very good breakfest with wonderfull view to the ocean, fine location with private parking, access to natural pool. The only thing out of hotel’s control is weather ;) Full recommendation.

Every part of the process was simple and easy, fantastic location, yummy breakfast with great views and helpful and friendly staff, a small ish hotel with plenty of room and opportunity to use all the amenities, will definitely stay again when we are next in Madeira.
