Everything was clean, utilities were absolutely spot on. If you cant find it in that kitchen you probably dont need it. Loved the shutters on all the doors and windows for abit of extra security in a foreign country. The pool area was well kept aswell!

The only issue i did have was pool was a little cool, however it was fine for us at it was 33 degrees which made it brilliant for a quick dip to cool down. Finding the villa in the dark was a bit of a task, but after around 15 minutes we were called and guided to it, through facetime 👍

A great experience from start to finish. Great communications from HelloVacations. Easy to locate and access the property. Look out for the swifts nesting above the entrance porch - it's not a wasp nest. Nice fresh entrance and good sized rooms with plenty of storage areas. Great kitchen - loved the orange juicer. Outdoor areas are superb. Great cooking, relaxing, eating and recreational areas. You may get visitors: Cleaner came on the Saturday to change the the bedding and towels. Pool man came every Friday - you will need to use the net at least daily but do your bit to save the insects that get stuck. Gardener came on several days - he was lovely. I have minimal Portuguese, he had no English but we smiled and shared a cider or two. Lovely man. Then their is the neighbour's dogs. They cannot access the property and just want a wee bit of attention and a back rub. Please tickle their ears from us. Lovely pool area with a swing and a hammock. The area is remote which was perfect for us. 35 minutes walk into Paderne and you will find cafes, restaurants - highly recommend Os Arcos - a coupe of small supermarkets and a few small shops and banks. There is even an accordian museum. Main supermarkets are 10 minutes drive in Ferreira. Also an amazing frango shop. 20 minutes' drive to Albufeira and a bit more to Vilamoura. If you do rent this villa, enjoy lazy days and chilling evenings. Would definitely book again.

Some more cleaning products would not have gone amiss but this would be added to the price so just bought our own.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The massive back garden with a beautiful swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the cozy patio felt just like home. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, making for a restful retreat after a day in the sun. The entire property was well-maintained and inviting. I highly recommend this villa for a luxurious and peaceful getaway!

O local muito calmo e a casa muito agradável.

A anfitriã disse que poderíamos sair um pouco mais tarde que a hora prevista, qual foi o meu espanto que um colega dela O anfitrião ( no último dia tinha ido ao café e quando cheguei estava dentro de casa !!!! Disse me que a hora de saída seria ás 12h ( quando a colega não me falou em hora , mas mesmo que fosse essa a hora ainda não eram 12h e já se encontravam dentro da casa! Resumindo os anfitriões que alugam esta casa são a empresa HelloVacations E estou a aguardar a fatura.
