Albufeira Falesia Beach 4 by Homing

La zona tranquila al lado de la Playa Falesia, una playa preciosa.

La tostadora estaba rota pero nos trajeron una nueva al día siguiente.

Très propre, pression dans la douche, bcp d’accessoire pour cuisiner. Réfrigérateur avec congélateur ! Lave linge avec étendoir :)

Jeu de piste pour obtenir les clés. Pas d’échange humain uniquement par téléphone anglais ou portugais. Voisins très bruyant.

- limpeza deixou a desejar; uma das wc não tinha o chuveiro; camas desconfortáveis; sem ar condicionado (só uma ventoinha para todo o apartamento); atendimento pelos funcionários online pouco simpático;

Limpeza, muito mal equipada, não havia pratos rasos, sem máquina lavar louça, sem toalha mesa/individuais, roupeiros desarrumados, falta de manutenção no geral do apartamento, inclusive não podemos usar um dos duches porque a mangueira do chuveiro estava rota.

Nice space with everything you need. Can't complain for the price and in a nice location if you have a car. Parking was always available for free just down the road which was great. Kitchen- had utensils to cook but bare minimums so no dish soap, no salt or any of the basics that you expect to find, we had to buy all of it and we were only staying for 2 nights... So we decided to eat out instead. For us it wasn't a Biggie. We did leave some coffee capsules and dish soap though. (We wanted to re wash the glasses) Everything looked clean but the lack of dish soap made us suspicious. Bedrooms, beds were comfy and it was nice to find an iron and a hairdryer. We did have some bugs by the door in the double room, but very few and in this heat it's to be expected. Bathrooms- bathrooms were ok, we were given complimentary toiletries a bar of soap and a shampoo each for the stay which was nice. We had to buy toilet rolls as there were only 4 very thin ones and there were 4 of us (ladies) for 2 days. Check-in went ok, we arrived at 9:30pm due to our flight being delayed to had to pay a €30 fee. But the rest went smoothly. We only had €40 on us so the person in charge sent us €10 via revolut.

The communication with homing was brilliant always got an answer back within 10 min. Apartment was really clean, in a good area and as per the pictures! Good utilities such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, heater, fan, balconies in each bedroon and living room. Would defenetely rent again with this company.

The only down thing is when the neighbour from the top floor arrives at 10pm he makes all the noise within 30 min. Sometimes it even looks like he is moving furniture.. apart from that everything was brilliant.
