Nice, clean and well located rooms. Easy walking distance to all of Porto and close to Sao Bento train station. There are staff in the building just no front desk/reception. They were very responsive to any questions or issues we had when we communicated with them via WhatsApp.

No dedicated front desk/reception, which wasn’t really a problem but it does mean if you are walking the Camino and using a baggage transfer service you will need to be there to hand your bags to the transfer driver when they arrive. This all worked out fine for us once we understood what was required on our part.
