- The room was a good size, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and it stayed very dark and quiet in there due to the shutters on the windows which was great. - The shower was good with shampoo and shower gel provided and there was a good amount of towels. - It was a 10 minute walk from the airport which was fantastic and 10 minutes from the train station.

- Breakfast was good however it was a bit limited - there was juice, coffee, pastries, cereal, yogurt and some toast thingys in a bag so it was cold toast. It would've been nice to have some fruit and real toast (the booking does state there is a toaster). It also wasn't manned (breakfast was out from the night before) so if for example, you only liked pastries, you could only have 1 as there was only 1 for each guest (with a sign stating that). - We had to pay to keep our luggage there after checking out despite no mention of the extra charge on the booking. €5 per bag.

It was very well located, the attentions from the host were always on time and accurate. The place was clean and comfortable. The bathroom spacious, the bedroom had a balcony and felt big all around. The check-in and check out process were easy and fast. We are very happy. It was worth the money.

The breakfast was something unusual. Only pre-packed stuff, limited amount, nothing fresh or healthy. The coffee 'bialetti' was nice.

We had a wonderful stay here! The space is very unique and thoughtfully designed — a flat that has been converted into three separate, hotel-style rooms, each with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen area that gives it a cozy bed-and-breakfast feel. The decor was charming, the room was spotless, and the bathrooms were beautifully updated. The shower was actually the largest and nicest one I experienced during my travels throughout Italy! The service was also exceptional. Michael was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful, and he took great care of both my mother and me during our quick trip. The location was perfect — about a 10-minute walk to the airport — and the dinner recommendations he gave us were fantastic. Overall, a lovely stay. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

All the facilities were very clean. Moreover, it was noticeably quiet in the room - we wouldn't have known there were other guests apart from meeting them in the breakfast room. The bed was large and very comfortable. We walked into the centre of Pisa from Aurora - it was a great location, but you could get a bus. It is just a short walk from the central railway station and easy to navigate.

I didn’t like the external private bathroom which was not such a big issue but if was internal was much better not all the rooms was like that just my room was like that
