Stanza molto ampia, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Bagno pulito e doccia molto comoda. Staff gentile e disponibile. Struttura facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro.

Sehr gute Lage, alles Wichtige ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstück (Croissant und Heißgetränk nach Wahl) erhält man in einer nahegelegenen pasticceria. Das Personal bzw. die Vermieter von Rosa Rooms kümmern sich in absolut freundlicher Weise um ihre Gäste, der gesamte Service war vorbildlich!

Es gibt in der Nähe genügend Parkplätze, dennoch wäre Parken direkt am Haus bequemer.

The host was very responsive prior to and during the stay. Great location, quick walk to the center. Very comfy, clean and in a nice quiet area. I arrived before check in and was given a room that was available and able to checkin early. Host arrived in 5 minutes to greet me. would highly recommend.

You have to make an appointment to check in. Parking is two streets away. We drove to the property to check in and drop off our luggage but were honked away immediately. My husband had to drive away while I checked in and without being able to turn around in the narrow street, it took 10 min to get back. The staff could not be bothered to wait that long. They mentioned breakfast being somewhere down the road and escaped without giving menthe details. We were supposed to lock up the key card when leaving the place and deal with the hassle of multiple access codes. There was a coffee maker with two small portions of coffee for which they would charge if touched. Free gift? Another trap. The only promise they made good on was their "no refunds" policy even though we told them immediately that their conditions allowed us to stay only for one night rather than three and informed them we had checked out the next morning. Instead of allowing us any refund, they sent us check out instructions threatening to charge us by the hour if we stayed any longer than agreed. This is a condominium in a residential area. Do yourself the favor of a hotel instead.
