Perfect location, all comfort available. Facilities for storing bikes were great, even including some tools and a water hose for cleaning. The complimentary coffee at the reception was a pleasant surprise.

The location is really ideal, close to the center or Gravina and close to the bridge which was the main reason for me to go. The room was spacious for two people and the bathroom was perfect, loved the decoration. The cleaning lady was there every morning refreshing the room and giving it a light clean which was appreciated. The breakfast is a coupon for a cafe right around the corner for a cafe and a cornetto which was honestly perfect and seems to be the local custom. The little coffee machine with treats at the entrance is also very cute. There is parking nearby on the street but not right in front of the building which is squeezed in a tiny street so it make sense, but we had no issue parking nearby on any days. When you open the balcony door it might sound loud but trust me once closed the balcony door cuts the sounds very very well.

Just a slight lack of communication from the host, we were there on time for the check in but no one was at the desk and it took a while for us to be able to access the room and building.

Best B&B I have stayed in Italy and Australia. Host extremely kind and helpful. Room attractive with quality furnishings and equipment. Bed very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.

Set in the Old Town of Gravina, this lovely hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the famous bridge and the centre of the Old Town. It has been recently renovated to a very high standard and each room has a unique theme. We had a great stay and it was excellent value for money.

Great location and very clean!

My room was in an old stone building with a rough stone ceiling. I loved feeling like I was in a solid space. Also, it was a few minutes walk to the center. Giuseppe made every effort to make me feel very welcome.

Difficult communication, you can’t even find anyone to ask questions most of the time ! The receptionist is always away and when we arrived from a 10 hour trip from Venice I had to search 73832882 ways to communicate with the host for our check in . The bed and breakfast I’m my opinion is NOT worth it’s money , they send you in a nearby café that hardly sells anything other than some sweet bakery goods and coffee ( first day I got a small coffee and one croissant ) … The cleaning lady came while we were away and just made the bed (dunno how it goes here but I’m my country they at least mop the room) . Lastly but not least , THE EXPIRED shampoos , they cost like nothing ! The one expired two years ago and the other some months ago .

Very clean room, modern design, looks like in the pictures. Located just 3 minutes away from Delicious Italian breakfast in a bar near hotel.

We were asked to check out earlier (earlier than timing provided on booking.com)

Stayed 2 nights before a wedding. Great location with a lovely outside terrace from our room.

We weren't sure where to park and staff just said anywhere which wasn't very helpful.
