B&B San Francesco Class

Very clean and cozy place with friendly owners. The home made cake and apple juice were delicious!

We liked everything and hope to return someday.

The host was amazing, the room was super clean and everything was spotless and new. We loved the breakfast, it was an Italian dream! The croissants were delicious!

Incredible hospitality. Andrea and his wife are so welcoming and accommodating. Great communication. Especially helpful with when & how to check-in. We dropped our bags off a little early and collected the key. Incredibly clean! Not just the room & bathroom but the whole property. I don't think I've stayed anywhere so clean. Big room and bathroom, both larger than represented in the photographs. Great heating system. Very bright room, much more so than the photos represent. Shutters to block out the light at night. Bed was extremely comfortable with double mattress (not a split version, thankfully). Impressive breakfast! Great selection, they think of everything. Balcony over looks a small square, church and the river. Restaurants and cafes very close by. Central area & spa are a short pleasant walk along the river. Apparently there are church bells but we slept so well we didn't hear them. Bikes - we borrowed a couple from Andrea and cycled along the river bike path for a few hours. It's beautiful.

Andrea and his wife are brilliant hosts who went above and beyond for us. Andrea sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants, provided us with maps for different walking routes and even picked us up and dropped us back to the airport. Each morning they provided a home cooked breakfast with lots of different foods to try- Andrea’s wife made the best cakes. The room and bathroom were spacious and perfect for us, with all amenities included. The B&B is less than a 10 minute walk from the QC Terme spa, Andrea kindly provided us with a 10% off discount code, along with some discount for the restaurant just opposite the spa. Overall we had an incredible stay and will absolutely be returning next year- we would recommend this to anyone who is looking to have a weekend away in a lovely small town with access to beautiful thermal baths and stunning outdoor scenery. Thank you again to Andrea and his lovely wife for having us- we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Andrea and his wife are absolutely incredible hosts! They helped us with everything: very clear navigation how to get to the apartment, provided all necessary information about terms and gave us voucher for discount, helped with all transfers from/ to Sanpellegrino. Literally best hosts ever. The apartments are in a very good conditions, location is perfect ( 10 min away from terms). All cafes and bus station are very close. As bonus we got home prepared breakfast. Andrea’s wife prepared absolutely insanely delicious cakes! We were really impressed. It was such a warm welcome!
