AC did not work properly and it was really hard to sleep

Lovely clean room, great garden, sauna was wonderful. Coffee was excellent. Only stayed for one night but fitted the bill perfectly and felt very cool and luxurious!

We stayed on a Monday and unfortunately both restaurants within walking distance were closed on a Monday- something to bear in mind for other visitors. We didn't have a car and the location is a little bit out of the way, however we got the bus into Belluno for our onward train travel the next day with no issues. Worth noting the bus service is a little limited.

The place is tucked away, but well worth it. Self check in was really easy, the room was clean, well equipped and with very comfortable beds. It was incredible to be able to use the sauna and have the privacy of it being so accessible.

We found the parking spaces attached to the building, but really really late at night in the dark. So it was odd making sure you have the right building, but if you check the photos and the owners detailed instructions it is all very clear your at the right place.

Clean, silent, well equiped. The sauna has all the quality required. Good place to rest.

Good vibes, nice place, parking free, on our way, sauna, nice garden, could pay upon arrival . Nice shower, good streem 🤩 All was super. Great hot chocolate. In room tea/coffee maker. Nice view on the morning
