Great property, excellent location, and the staff are all very friendly. There is a small bar downstairs too which is a great spot if you want to try some local beers/wines without leaving the property.

Great spot with a lot of ambiance. Close to restaurants, historic sites and train station. Staff, apertivos, and breakfasts were divine. Would definitely stay here the next time I’m in Ravenna.

My wife and I were impressed by the cleanliness of the place and location. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station and close to everything. Picture of the room doesn’t do justice, it was a beautiful room and so quiet.Other pictures are the breakfast area that was served every morning. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to be in the centre of town and walk everywhere.

Charming hosts, spacious room, flexible common areas and fabulous garden breakfasts. Very comfortable beds. The whole house is decorated with quality antiques and true artistic flair. Quiet and convenient area within easy reach of key historical sites. Highly recommended.

We thought the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the town center. We used the private parking that was recommended. The owner there was very nice, and it was a short walk to the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Not just our room, but the entire hotel was very clean. This wasn't an issue for us, but it is worth noting: there is no elevator. Thus, if you are bringing a large suitcase(s), you may want to request a lower floor.

The lighting in the bathroom was dark, which made putting on make-up a bit of a challenge. However, if this is my only issue, then I consider it a very good stay.

Beautiful unique heritage property with inside garden. Location is in the middle of town, close to restaurants and walking distance to train appropriate 8 minutes. The property manager speaks English perfectly and was very helpful.

Quirky hotel with lots of artwork and antiques all over. Extremely clean and quiet which was nice. Convenient to train station and old town center. Disappointing breakfast with limited options, same stale pastries put out day after day. If they improved the breakfast then the experience would be more positive.
