King Kong Homestay Hoi An

Good quiet place if you're looking for a private room whilst planning your own itinerary

We had a lovely stay here, the family who run it are very nice and helpful, we even extended our stay a couple more nights cause we liked it so much. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean, they came to clean and give us fresh towels too which I appreciate. The location was good as we could walk a little bit to get to the centre, there were enough food options close by to choose from as well. Laundry was cheap and done with care, cost 35,000D per kg.

It was hard to balance the temperature of the room, the AC worked really well but in the night got quite cold. Could do with a thicker bed sheet maybe. Other than that everything was perfect.

lovely rooms, very cozy, nice bathroom, lovely family helped me a lot, I was there after an motorcycle accident and they took me to a pharmacy to buy things and in general there were very inviting

Not a really social homestay, at least when I was there I did not see any people to hang out with

The staff was very nice and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the homestay is very clean

Great and friendly hosts, great location (in between the old town, where you could walk, and the beach which is a bit further away the other side). Room was nice and spacious and had a very large balcony (can also use it for tanning). PS. Also, right across the road there is a nice vegetarian restaurant/cafe, which overlooks some nice rice fields and a small pond with fish (which I would recommend).

The road on which it resides is a bit busy and can get noisy, but at night it was quiet.

Locals show me good places for eating.

The location of the property is excellent. 😊 You have everything around you and the beautiful river with the enchanting boats is only 15 minutes away. Please keep in mind, however, that the address is a little harder to find because the house is not yet correctly on Google Maps.

My stay at this homestay was nothing short of magical. . The room was beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and traditional touches that added to its charm. The hosts were incredibly gracious, welcoming me with open arms and treating me like family throughout my stay.
