В отеле понравились инфинити бассейны. Креативный дизайн отеля. Комфортная постель, подушки, матрас. Отличный завтрак.

Fantastic hotel opposite the beach, spacious rooms and great pools on the top floor. Breakfast was amazing and catered for all. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Местоположение отличное, вид из окна шикарный, завтраки достойные, большой выбор фруктов, послеобеденный чай тоже удивил, отличное дополнение! Всегда можно взять полотенца для похода на море, бассейн на крыше шикарный.

Перегородка в ванну расшатана, заедает постоянно, нет мусорного ведра в районе раковины, только в санузле, а он отделен перегородкой, но хочу заметить мы сообщили этот момент и нам предоставили дополнительное ведро.

Overall, the hotel is modern, clean, and well located with friendly staff and great facilities. However, my checkout experience was disappointing. I was informed that a towel was missing and it felt like the situation was handled in a way that made me feel uncomfortable, even though I did not take it. I hope the hotel improves how such matters are communicated to guests, as everything else about the stay was very good.

communication problems and no balcony

The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was spacious, bright, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Whenever there were any issues, the hotel responded quickly and tried to find a suitable solution or compensation.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the pool policy regarding pool floats. There was no information anywhere neither online nor at the pool itself stating that pool floats were not allowed. My float was only a small pool hammock, while children were also swimming close to the edge with floaties, which could be considered equally risky. In addition, there were often not enough sunbeds available around the pool area. However, after speaking with the management, I appreciated that the hotel at least tried to compensate for the situation.
