The hotel was fantastic. Concierge staff was excellent and arranged a great tour for us. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner.
The breakfast was amazing! It was included and we could order off the menu or eat from the beautiful buffet. The staff was friendly and very helpful and the views from our hotel room of Porto reached the river! We walked everywhere, so plenty of things to do within walking distance and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Very well ptesented and varied
I can’t fault this hotel in anyway, it was well located, clean, comfortable, the staff were amazing, the decor lovely, and the food was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return there if going to Porto.
The staff were incredible, especially the two ladies named Ines and Rui and Joao. They made our stay very welcoming.

Amazing stay at the GA Palace. This was our second time at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Staff and accommodations were impressive. Hope to be back again soon!
