There is still an issue with the ventilation in the bathroom, additionally there is no heating there witch causes that there is great humidity there. We had to take shower with open doors. The towels were not drying at all during our whole stay. We could smell the mould scent everywhere in the apartment.

The house was in a perfect location with plenty of space for two. Loved the balcony and adjacent parking

Slight musty smell in the bathroom which was poorly ventilated.

Le fait que la douche n’avait tellement pas de pression qu’on ne pouvait pas prendre de douche convenablement. Le fait que la douche coulait d’en dessous de la base et inondait la salle de bain, on devait passer la vadrouille chaque fois sinon l’appartement aurait été inondé. Ensuite ça puait les égouts et il y avait une humidité infernale. Le responsable du logement répondait une fois aux 24h et après une plainte a booking, un peu plus proactif, un espoir, finalement une correction esthétique a été fait sans aucunement régler le problème. Aucun dédommagement pour le moment. Le responsable du logement connaît le problème depuis un certain temps et ne fait rien comme le logement est toujours occupé et c’est le début de la saison haute. Donc un cauchemar NE PAS LOUER.

The view was amazing, the hammock was a great touch. Super clean and well equipped with lots of pots and pans ect. Had every thing we needed. They gave a few toiletries, wine and biscuits on arrival

The shower leaked really badly and the outside chairs aren’t comfortable

The place has a good location, the view is good, but could be better comparing it with other houses in the area. It had a garage directly at the house entrance. Renting a car is recommended, but be careful because the roads are very steep, it you have some experience, it should be ok. The house is very spatios and clean, an open space with bedroom, living and kitchen. We also used the washing machine, but drying your laundry is another story, we recommend drying them on the terrace. The bathroom was clean, the shower was good and the hot water was plenty, it also had a hair dryer. The kitchen had a microwave, a stove, a fridge, no oven, it had cutlery, pots and pans. We had also a terrace, with a hammock and chairs, which was great.

The check in procedure was not clear enough, because there are 2 similar houses at the same address with 2 apartments each, all of them with safe boxes with keys. Maybe because we stayed here in December, but the house was pretty cold all the time, colder that outside. There was an electric radiator for heating, but even if it ran all night, it made a little difference. Our laundry stayed wet 2 days on the dryer stand in the house because it was clod and humid, we had to go to a landry service in Funchal in order to dry them. The bed mattress was comfortable, but because it had an waterproof cover on it, the trapped heat between the cover and thick blanket, made you sweat during the night, and if you uncovered a little it was too cold. The toilet paper was pretty cheap and there were no tea spoons, but maybe we're nitpicking.

Nový a čistý apartmán, dostatečně prostorný, parkování v areálu ubytování, dobrá a klidná lokalita, jednoduchý check-in a check-out.

Méně vybavená kuchyň (chyběly malé lžičky, kuchyňské nože). Soused v domě naproti každý večer v 18h zatápí ve venkovním krbu, čímž zamořuje okolí kouřem, v tu dobu nelze použít terasu a je nutné zavřít okna.
