Thr location is awesome. Just a short walk to so many great, cafes, shops, restaurants, bars, beaches and the port. The unit was nice but the grounds where you can enjoy your breakfast or some wine or even some quiet time is phenomenal. Beautiful fruit trees and flowers. Super nice and even better if you have friends staying in other units so that you can enjoy all the areas. *the pictures do not do the rooms or grounds justice!!!* Vito was super super helpful with any questions you have about the area or even what wine to drink locally(he's a Sommelier). Really excellent guy and available each morning at breakfast or easily via WhatsApp.

Let me start by saying the price we paid to stay here was exceptional. Like, a steal! That said, the included breakfast was the same super sweet muffins and croissants each morning. A little change up would be great. Expectations again super low all things considered. Fruit or yogurt or anything else would be awesome. The room was a little damp and stuffy and we did have a bit of a water leak due to some heavy rains but that was quickly resolved. Bed/pillows a little uncomfortable and could use a refresh. All this said, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Vito fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre

Seppur breve, è stato un soggiorno piacevole. La stanza era fresca, il letto comodo e la colazione gradevole. La struttura è al centro di Forio, ma essendo immersa nel verde sembra di stare lontano dal caos. Vito è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei.

Sometimes a bit noicy with people shouting but if you wear ear plugs it’s ok

This accommodation is a PARADISE in the heart of Forio, absolutely wonderful place. The interior and exterior has been preserved through Vito’s lovely Italian generation. Vito was wonderful and helped out with anything needed. The pictures this accommodation displays does not truly show its beauty. THANK YOU VITO!

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro e dal porto. Disponibile mini frigo. L'host Vito si è dimostrato molto disponibile nel dare consigli e suggerimenti. Wifi ok. Molto buona la colazione.

Sarebbe necessaria una maggiore manutenzione per piccole problematiche (mensola bagno instabile, alcune lampadine non funzionanti, supporto doccia allentato) che non rovinano certamente la vacanza ma la renderebbero perfetta.
