Golden Hill by Golden Tulip

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Batu. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway in Batu.

The only downside was the breakfast selection, which was quite limited and could offer more variety. However, the quality of the food was good.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the bed linen was probably the softest and most comfortable we have ever experienced. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also appreciated having a fitness center available. The hotel offers two pool options: a cooler pool on the lower level and a warm rooftop pool on the 8th floor with a beautiful view, which was a nice feature.

The fitness center was quite busy at times. Because of the number of people using it, the room could become rather warm, so we would recommend lowering the air conditioning temperature or opening the door when possible to improve ventilation. We would also appreciate having disinfectant and cleaning wipes available in the gym. During busy periods, it would be helpful if guests could clean equipment themselves or have an easy way to request cleaning from staff.
