Fabulous location near the lovely port of Cabanas.Spacious and well equipped apartment with all,of the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself had a real homey atmosphere. After our 3 week stay we felt completely at home.

The lack of responsiveness of the property management. The month before our arrival it had rained constantly and obviously the roof had leaked so the bedrooms and bathroom had water infiltration which created mold on the wall. On our arrival we complained about the mold but the property management didn’t do anything about it for 2 weeks. When the cleaning crew finally came they were shocked at the state of the apartment. In the end it all turned out ok as we were partially refunded. All of this though could have been avoided if the apartment had been properly prepared before our arrival. This was a shame as the apartment itself is a jewel.

Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung. Leider funktionierte die Heizung im Bad nicht,die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche war sehr schmutzig, die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, bis auf fehlendeSpüllappen, Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher. Wir haben für die Heizung im Bad einen Heizlüfter gekauft, um nicht beim Duschen zu frieren. Alles in allem 4 von 5 Sternen, bei den kritisierten Punkten ist viel Luft nach oben. Den Kamin im Wohnzimmer sollte man technisch überprüfen, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt
