The first night they put me in a downstairs unit and the shower didn’t drain very well. I told them about the problem and they put me in another room and everything is fine.

Uncomfortable beds, tiny room. We booked a "pet friendly" hotel and we were scolded by the staff for our room ending up on the top floor. We didn't/couldn't have picked the room number, just picked what room size we thought would suit us. But apparently pets are not allowed in top floor rooms, of course we couldn't have known that during booking because it wasn't stated anywhere.

Perfect place to stay on fishing expeditions - this place is fully set up with outdoor cooking and cleaning stations for anything you'll catch while you're out. Easy check-in, friendly staff, perfect copious close parking, and they'll let you park there after check-out so you have a great place to keep your truck while you're fishing. Super close to down town, it's a negligible stroll to restaurants, shops, bars, and the pier. This is not your fancy spa hotel, but they keep it clean and maintained. The Holiday is absolutely the best value in Westport and perfect for the outdoorsman.

We were excited to get away and relax grab some crabs while in Westport. Upon arrival after paying only the seat clerk asked for another $11 for the room said it was a cleaning fee Expedia don’t add for them okay cool we need a room. 3:10pm we got back got our keys and went to our room let me say this we got top floor for a reason but we’re givin bottom. The walls looked like a dog had rubbed it’s self all over the walls after being in mud the toilet paper was used there was hair in our beds so me being the investigator pulled the beds out and looked to my surprise there was soda still like liquid behind the bed and so nasty never been cleaned but the worst was the bugs we found. The site says WiFi but no there was no Wi-Fi we could connect to and the heater did not work so it was cold all night. I will be requesting my money back and will never come back

We have been staying at the Holiday Inn for years on an annual crab fishing trip. Pricing is all ways good and the fish/crab cleaning stations is real handy. I'll be back next February

Great little place, clean and convenient. Fish cleaning station was handy. BBQ grills were a plus. Will stay again sometime
