It was a terrible stay,the staff was not friendly and the soda machine was taking people money,but they couldn't get reimbursed. Only one small bar of soap and it was not equipped for people with babies or children

Spend more money to stay elsewhere. The lady at the lobby desk spoke poor English, despite being what appeared to be the manager/owner (she had no idea what I was saying when I asked about the wi-fi password). Check-in took about 15 minutes for no apparent reason (there was no line in front of me for reasons that became obvious…) and the lobby was locked closed at only 7:30pm, which lead the lady at the lobby desk to call me to a side window by banging her hand hard on it as one would call a dog… After check-in and before moving my car from in front of the lobby (which, again, was not at all busy), I immediately went to my room to use the restroom since the lobby had been locked. The husband of the owner/manager interrupted my use of the restroom by immediately calling my room to tell me to move my vehicle… The A/C unit struggled to cool the room - I left and came back about 90 minutes later and the room was still not fully cooled - and the A/C began making exceptionally loud noises at about 3:45am that prevented sleep. I tried to sleep for about an hour before reporting it to the husband owner/manager who originally sought to make me move all my things to a new room before allowing me to only sleep in another room. The light adjacent to the bed in my original room wouldn’t turn off and half the curtains didn’t even come close to blocking out light (they were about 4” too short…). Only the owner/manager’s prompt solution to the A/C noises prevented a 1-star rating……
USWe came into town for a concert and this motel is an extremely convenient location. The Brandon amphitheater is only 4 minutes away. The motel is quiet and clean.
There was no rod in the bathroom area to hang clothing
Outlets dont work, cigarette burns in the comfortor in a non-smoking room, stains on towels and sheets, water is undrinkable, had to have someone in lobby translate in order to check in
