FIRST AND FORMOST THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING, NOTIFIED THE FROMT DESK FOR THEM TO BE RUDE CHANGED ROOMS AND ITS STILL DISGUSTING!! TOWELS ARE BROWN WITH HAIR ON THEM BURNT STAINS ON THE COUNTER SMELLS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDS TO BE FIRED SHE WAS VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL ARGUMENTATIVE UNCLASSY AND NEEDS TO BE FIRED

"I wish the towels and sheets were clean. It was a leak but there was a storm. Alot of water covered."
