The promised WiFi only worked approximately 10% of the time, and it was painfully slow when it did. I reported the issue to the owners, but there was no improvement. There was no coffee available in the rooms or the lobby. General cleanliness was good, but the floor had not been vacuumed for some time and was covered in various bits and crumbs
