If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Check-in went fine, but the moment we entered the room, we were hit with a horrible smell. My husband went to use the bathroom and found the toilet in a disgusting state—it looked like it hadn’t been flushed or cleaned in weeks. Not to mention, the rooms are dated. There was no way I could stay in a room like that. I immediately went to the front desk and informed them that we would not be staying and would be returning the keys. She seemed understanding and told me to contact Expedia, saying she would release the payment once they called her. But when Expedia did reach out, she suddenly refused to issue a refund. Completely dishonest behavior. This place is filthy and untrustworthy. Stay here at your own risk!

Need more parking space

Nice place for a quick overnight...Clean and comfortable. One thing we did notice was we had the usual card entry for the door but no deadbolt to lock from the inside and the chain was removed. As 2 single women traveling for a shopping trip it was concerning that we couldn't double lock the door once we were in for the night. Also only 2 thin pillows on each bed but it was ok for one night. It was CLEAN which was most important the rest was cosmetic...

Lady at the front desk was wonderful. The room itself was nice, during a shower the tub didnt drain properly, toilet would flush but not drain and water would come out of toilet base, saw a roach and the floor around the sink area needed vacuumed.

Guy in room beside me yells to himself nothing wrong with the motel in general the guy I’m sure has a mental illness needs medicated seriously

The location was the only good part.

Well where to begin. The room was disgusting. The tv when I was watching fell off of the wall. I spoke to the front desk they said they would take care of it and never did a thing. The smoke detector in the ceiling had a bag over it and wasn’t connecting to the ceiling so insulation blew all over the room when I opened it closed the door. The power went out for about two hours. Don’t think it was the hotels fault but there was never any communication they just closed the office and left. Then later that day the water didn’t work for about three hours. Asked the office about that they said they were working on it and never communicated otherwise. Terrible place. I get the price was cheap but there are 15 hotels within a mile that are nice. This one is not.

I would have wanted a bolt lock and more security on the door
