Not much Very run down I arrived at 11pm and room was not ready I was shown one with no lock- had to move Then at 12.30 pm the staff came for payment

As above Mosquitos Blocked toilet Had to pay for water No coffee or tea Fridge not working Bad location

The stuff ( one guy ) very very friendly and he did his best to be helpful and location is good and views are great if you get a nice room ..

The airconditions are bad .. and facility is old ... need renovation

Wifi did not work so I could not stay there. I left after only a couple hours and they wouldn't give me any refund even though I paid for 6 days. Booking.com also reached out to them but got no response. And booking.com wouldn't give me a refund either.

The location for first days in Bali. Pool was great. Quiet. Friendly staff

This hotel is a scam, and the owners are thieves. The room was uninhabitable—water was leaking from the ceiling onto the bed. We requested a room change, but the same issue occurred in multiple rooms. It was impossible to stay there. When we decided to cancel and request a refund, the receptionist contacted the owners in Malaysia who outright refused. Booking.com attempted to contact them, but they never replied. After over a week of back-and-forth initiated by us, the hotel’s so-called "customer service" finally reached out, only to offer a partial refund—despite the fact that their facilities were completely unfit for guests. We were supposed to stay there from the 28th of december 2024 until the 2nd of Jan 2025. I'm not a peaky traveller, I just ask for a toilet with toiletries and a dry bed. This is not just poor service; it’s blatant disregard for customers and borderline fraud. I will ensure that travelers are warned on every platform about this place and the appalling way they treat their guests. They will not refund my money, so at least I hope that they will lose much more with this review and the people that will be discouraged by it.

Probably in 30 years of travelling the worst room i have ever seen. I did not even dare sleeping in it. I think that they put that room at an attractive price, they even ask you to check it before going in and expect you to not taking it but the room is not refundable so they would anyway keep the money. Disgrace. I kept the keys just not to let them rebook it to someone else and make money out of a room with nobody in it.

mold everywhere, frogs and mosquitoes made it impossible to sleep, there was a musty smell everywhere, the kitchen was the most disgusting... like a digester... the staff didn't even pay attention to us. IF YOU CAN, AVOID THIS lousy place.

Definitely dosnt look anything like in the pictures advertised. Felt like a deaths trap how everything is built. Room was basic, had to stand around for 20 minutes to check-in.
