Location was excellent for major shops and close to the coast, but still being in a rural position with orchards around.

For self catering slightly lacking in kitchen facilities and utensils eg no kettle, corkscrew, tin opener etc. Joana explained that they are waiting for air conditioning to be installed. In November we were pleasantly warm with heaters provided. The bed was a little small and low. These things did not distract us from having a relaxing, pleasant stay.

Beautifully restored house in a tranquil setting, with a kind and friendly host. Very much enjoyed the pool and the barbeque area, and the gardens in general. Good WiFi as well, if you need to work. We'd happily come back!

Perhaps just a small issue, the bathroom door handle would get quite stuck in the apartment we rented. As others noted, if you are coming for a longer stay, stock up on extra rubbish bags and toilet paper ;)
