"Great hotel in an excellent location"

Very good size and very contemporary, excellent sized bathroom with great water pressure in the shower.

Mattress was a bit lumpy so it was not the most comfortable.

"Excellent"

The location in Lisbon is great, right in the city centre. The room was as expected nice for one night. Receptionist was kind, fast and friendly. They stored our luggage for the day, which was convenient. Breakfast was okay and as expected for the price.

The staff at the breakfast room was not very attentive, but it was not a big hassle. We just had to wait a bit for a second coffee. Otherwise everything was fine.

Terrible. Dirty, nasty carpet, bathroom was not clean. Ask front desk, lady was very nice but cleaners simple don’t do a good job.

Nothing. It was just dirty. I can’t understand how this hotel is classified 4 stars. Charged the credit card ahead which make you be without option to do anything.
