Very nice and spacious room with all amenities. Good breakfast. Excellent location - we walked everywhere except to visit the Belem Tower.

The staff are extremely helpful but some of them don't speak very good English although they do try. This resulted in our shower soap pump not being replaced.

L'emplacement

Moquette et rideaux tachés. Gel douche cassé et toujours pas réparé malgré 3 demandes. Donc pas de gel douche pour se laver pendant notre séjour. Tiroir de la table de nuit qui ne tient pas fermé. Obligé de le faire tenir avec une cale en papier. Machine a café sans grille pour poser la tasse. Petit déjeuner industriel et moyen. Ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles surtout au vue du prix payé. Un geste commercial de la part de booking serait apprécié car choix effectué après lecture de leur commentaire.
