Oporto Urban Mood

Ambiente super limpo e organizado, identico as fotos. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis (para quem gosta de colchões mais firmes), cozinha equipada com o necessário para o preparo de refeições e o chuveiro é maravilhoso com boa pressão e água quente. Estava tudo funcionando perfeitamente, inclusive o ar condicionado. Fui bem orientada a todo o momento pela equipe e não tive nenhuma dificuldade durante a hospedagem. Me senti mais confortável que na minha própria casa. Recomendo.

O único inconveniente foi o barulho de pessoas na rua durante a madrugada por conta de um ponto de prostituição à frente do prédio. Não tem relação com o alojamento, que inclusive tem uma boa acústica, porém, pode ser muito desagradável para algumas pessoas.

La habitación es igual que en las fotos, se ve limpia y la ubicación está muy bien, llegas a cualquier punto caminando. Las almohadas son finitas, cosa que a mi me gusta y dejan varias para que cada persona pueda elegir si quiere poner varias o solo una.

El hotel está puerta con puerta con lo que parece una casa de prostitución, las chicas están en la calle a tu lado cuando entras al edificio. Debido a esto, la calle es super ruidosa (nos hemos despertado con gritos de hombres de madrugada). No hay persianas y las cortinas no tapan la luz (lo que para mi es un problema bastante grande), por lo que a las 7am la habitación está completamente iluminada. Por otra parte, jamás había visto un papel higiénico tan malo en un hotel o apartahotel, nos dejaron 4 rollos, pero eran tan finos y pequeños que no llegaron para toda la estancia. Con lo que pagas por noche podrían gastar 1€ más en mejor papel. Tampoco dejan gel de ducha de cortesía. Por último, las escaleras para subir hasta la habitación tienen un desagradable olor a tubería o a desagüe, que no se fue en todos los días que estuvimos.

All the amenities are there as stated in the booking.com posting. The shower was very good. The space was nice. The decorations were pretty. The linens and towels were clean and organized. The fridge worked fine. 8 minutes to the subway, and a few restaurants were 5-10 minutes away. Around the corner there was a very nice coffee shop/breakfast place with amazing pastries. The unit's Whatsapp concierge was always available and kind.

There was internet TV but NO instructions on how to use it. There was wifi but NO instructions/password to be found anywhere. There were pillows, but so thin you needed to double up to have the sensation of a pillow. There was an aircon/heating unit but NO instructions on how it functions, and when it did, the room was impossible to heat up. I was cold most of the the time. There was a great coffee maker, but the stores around the area did not carry the refills to make the coffee, so I could NOT make coffee. There were nice towels but NOwhere to hang them to dry, no bars, no hooks, nothing. There were curtains so sheer the neighbors could look inside and the light was not even blocked. The unit is on a busy street always packed with vehicles. Very noisy. Very noisy all the time. I found long hair in several places. Disgusting.

Nice, clean apartment, with equipment as presented in the photo and apartment description. It's in good, walkable distance to the centre. About business that's going on on the street? No one bothered me, so it didn't bother me 🙂

Прекрасное расположение.Самыц центр.Все рядом.Чисто и комфортно.Лргагизовпгно все четко.Мы приехали раньше и Лукас сделал все чтобы мы поселились как можно быстрее..Очень рекомендую.
