Hermoso lugar, precio calidad excelente, el personal que administra muy educado y cordial.

We had the best room in the Impact Beach House - the one with sea view and own bathroom. The view and the balcony were great. The house was clean and staff were making an effort to keep the shared areas (kitchen, dining/ breakfast area clean)

The noise level in our room was almost unbearable. There is a two-lane road passing right next to the house, and a traffic light in addition. Especially the starting of the motorbikes, and the drivers playing with the gas were noisy. I measured on average 80-90 decibel in the room when the windows were open. Sleeping was only possible with ear plugs, ideally with closed windows. In addition, the hostel played music during the day and until 10 pm, and the basses reached up to our room. So if there for once was less street noise, we could hear the basses. The breakfast/dining area was also really noisy (reflection from the bare walls).

Near to the beach, eco stay, good breakfast, parking space possible if rented

The road noise, even on the third floor. On the attic we had 6 girls staying.

Breakfast was great. The bed was comfortable. We were 5 minutes from the beach and the seafront walk into Cascais which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The road was noisy.

Lovely eco-conscious guest house with friendly staff, a nice outdoor area, clean facilities and fresh ocean breeze.

The street was very busy and loud at night, but the location is very convenient.
