The Alana Hotel Malang

Okay breakfast buffet of tepid food. Free water refill stations. Lovely water pressure for the hot showers! Very clean.

The room was very noisy! Constant noise throughout the night - train whistles, train station sirens, traffic noise, religious chanting....too noisy to sleep well. Only one toothbrush!

It was lovely - the service, the people, the room. They were so nice as to give us an upgrade as well!

Breakfast wasn't really our cup of tea, otherwise excellent.

The bed was wonderful as was the shower pressure and lots of hot water. Staff provided breakfast boxes for trips that missed breakfast.

Tangga depan menuju front office menyulitkan bagi orang tua atau siapa pun dengan sakit lutut/kaki. Staf hotel tidak menjelaskan kalau kamar tipe connecting, jadi terdengar suara berisik kamar sebelah; bahkan suara ngorok pun terdengar. Ruang shower tanpa gorden, sehingga nyiprat ke mana-mana. Parkir mobil jauh. Harga terlalu mahal dengan banyak kekurangan itu.

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Malang, location hotel is just 5 min away from High Way Toll exit from Surabaya. Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments. When we are back in Malang, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.
