Nice location. But be aware it’s not a hotel, more like private rooms with some service. But good location avec very nice rooms.

Would have been nice to be able to have breakfast.

Un lugar estupendo para pasar unos días en Matera, cerca de todo sin estar en las callejuelas de la ciudad que son difícilmente transitables en coche. Lo recomiendo mucho.

El mando del parking funcionaba regular.

Antonello picked us up from the bus terminal, which was incredibly nice, because we had chosen his accommodation because of the proximity to the train station (which appeared to be not the place where the bus stopped). Great service!

Location is perfect. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I got an upgraded room, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated.

Everything was as expected. Had difficulty finding the apartment because we thought it was a hotel and not inside an apartment building but this does not take away from our 10 score

Communication is done mainly through what’s app but we do not use it. Owner then used our text and email but said he could not reach us. But both of them were correct. Again this did not take away from our scoring 10… just a communication problem
