The rooms are new and CLEAN with a mini refrigerator, desk, television, and AC. In the lobby there is a coffee station that is available 24/7. The accommodation is walking distance to all Reggio Calabria's tourist sights, as well as the beach, the train station, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The host/manager is always in contact to see if you need anything and expresses genuine concern for your well being, he even made sure I arrived to the airport safely. Without any hesitation, I would definitely stay here again. GRAZIE MILLE DAVIDE!

I stayed one night at Exclusive B&B and truly recommend it. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the main train station and very close to the Archaeological Museum and the Duomo. The host, David, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see and where to eat in the city. The room was recently renovated, very cozy, and perfectly ventilated — everything felt fresh, modern, and comfortable. A special mention goes to Maria, the wonderful lady who keeps everything spotless. She brings a touch of magic with her warmth and attention to detail — the space was immaculate. If you’re visiting Reggio Calabria, this B&B is a perfect choice for a comfortable and well-located stay. (Pictures attached to show just how lovely it is!)

Parfois les clients qui viennent (car ce sont des chambres collées les unes aux autres) parlent trop fort dans le couloir et nous réveillent de bon matin
