La proximité à la fois de la plage et du train. La possibilité d’avoir accès à des chaises de plage et parasols. Grande terrasse . Possibilité de laisser les valises après le séjour . Facile d’accès . Très propre.

La porte patio avec marche est dangereuse avec la céramique, ça peut vite être glissant s’il a plu dehors sur le tapis de terrasse . J’ai glissé , suis tombée et je me suis fait mal à un orteil et ça aurait pu être bien pire ( ne pas porter les pantoufles gentiment fournies, elles sont très glissantes!) A noter que la chambre et la salle de bain sont dans un appartement où la cuisine est commune à d’autres voyageurs. Ils étaient très calmes et respectueux, donc ça ne nous a pas dérangés. À noter aussi que les chaises de plage sont très loin de la mer, qu’on voit à peine. Plage de sable très très agréable, eau chaude .
