Palazzo Mauro Sorrento Luxury Rooms

Nous avons réservé le jour même une suite avec deux chambres pour notre famille. Les chambres sont grandes et belles. La salle de bain aussi. Accès à Netflix. Parking sur place. La gérante a été très gentille et arrangeante.

La chambre n’était pas prête mais étant arrivés le jour j, cela peut arriver. Nous avons du laisser nos affaires et partir en ville. Nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial pour le désagrément. Le parking est en plus alors qu’il fait partie de la résidence. Le bâtiment est contre la rue principale. C’est bruyant. Pas de café dans les chambres.

Chambres confortables et joliment décorées. La terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur mer et sur le Vésuve ainsi que le jaccuzzi sont vraiment agréables. L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre historique.

Tutto perfetto! ottima posizione, comodo servizio parcheggio, stanza spaziosa, pulita e arredata in modo confortevole. Accoglienza impeccabile.

Stefania was a great hotel host, she made our time there very comfortable. She was incredibly helpful and gave great guidance as my friend and I navigated the city. I would stay here again, Stefania treated us like family!

It took a while someone to answer the door upon arrival, but once they did, they were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was newly renovated, clean, spacious and everything worked. Recommended, stay without hesitation.

The apartment was clean and very convenient

The pictures are incredibly deceiving, there is no hot tub (still in the photos here) and the apartment is much smaller than it looks. When we shared the fact that we were disappointed about the hot tub, nothing was done to compensate us or even apologize for the misinformation.
