Kairos Tropea luxury rooms & pool

All the staff were very helpful. We arrived a lot later than expected due to delays on the train. The son of the owner came and collected us from the local station(which is a 20 minute walk) and charged us €20 instead of a taxi. Our room was cleaned daily,and they are really eco aware, asking is not to over use towels etc.

Not really a dislike, the wording with this property states 2 pools. There's 1 which is nice. Has a small diving board and is deep at one end for this reason.

Nice friendly service, refreshing pool, and clean/comfortable rooms.

Very clean, updated, nice sized room, excellent breakfast. Short walk to City Centre. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! I traveled for 5 weeks, so I only booked mid level hotels. This exceeded my expectations. Clean, bright and up to date. Awesome staff! The hotel owns a small boat and I highly recommend taking the tour!! Beautiful and so much better than sitting on a hot, crowded beach!

Not a big deal..it worked out fine. But it was a good 10 minute walk to either a beach or the bustling downtown. Consider it your Italian exercise experience!

Good service ! Clean room and location is close to groceries , beach and restaurants. Awsome place to relax Make sure you arrive between check in or contact lobby if you think you might arrive late. There is not much around in case bad luck happen

We had a great stay! The rooms were clean with great AC and the pool was so nice for our kid. The owner and staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches that enhanced our stay! 🙏

This place is a 3.5. Pros: pretty new, close to grocery stores, short walk into town and a close walk to beaches. Cons: We booked the ocean view room and it was a partial view right off of the breakfast area. It was very noisy in the morning and one morning someone set up their workstation directly outside our door. Additionally, we were not advised of all day construction on the property (upper floor of the property). Almost no non meat options for breakfast. They make eggs once and put them in a warmer. If you dont get to breakfast early there will likely be no eggs left. The first day they had some cut up hot dogs to go with the eggs. Other b and bs we stayed in did eggs made to order. We also had to request coffee, no one would ask what they could get you in the morning. The person working there also seemed anxious for us to leave breakfast each morning. There was only one thin pillow per person. No water or coffee in the rooms

A good room with a very friendly host family. Very clean room. Very personal with a real receptionist giving you the room key and also showing you the facilities once you arrive. Everything very uncomplicated and efficient.

The sea view we booked was there, but only partial. The building is'n't located in a particularly nice part of Tropea
