Tripletree Arys Garden Hotel

The staff was very friendly, and the location was great. Included breakfast of eggs and toast was a nice touch as well. The grounds were nice, and have the potential to be even more beautiful with more upkeep.

The room was unfortunately not very clean. My mattress smelled like all the people who had slept there before me, and I even found a hair that was not mine in the sheets. The bathroom also did not look like it had been serviced or cleaned before I arrived. TV did not work at all. Also note that the hotel only takes cash. This was a shock to me.

Ive booked 3 bedrooms two rooms my friend need to clean the aircon, and the room no cold. Didn’t expected also i need to cancel the rooms. Sorry

The a/c wasn’t very cold. We booked the Borobudur trip through the staff and woke up at 3:30 to go on the Monday morning…..the driver turned up and said it is closed on a Monday, surely the staff should have known this or been informed before accepting the booking. We weren’t the only ones who suffered this fate. A frustrating experience that not many others would likely face, nevertheless.
