Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και με βοήθησε με πληροφορίες όπου χρειάστηκε. Πολύ καλό πρωινό.

Το μπάνιο ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρό.

Gostei muito da localização, da limpeza e principalmente do atendimento e simpatia da Catarina.

Location is good, in the North of the city, with plenty of bus and metro access in walking distance. Staff was friendly and provided information regularly.

Well the room takes 'basic' to a while new level. No kettle/coffe/tea, no fridge, hardly any wardrobe or desk space. One tiny stool, no chair(s). Only one bedside desk and plugs not necessarily conveniently located in the room. The bathroom was the size of 2 phone boxes, with one being the shower. Tiniest of sinks. Tall people can hardly turn in the shower and it was so small that if you open the shower door it would automatically turn the shower on because it touched the tap. The bathroom was not cleaned very well when we asked for it (they don't clean unless you ask by leaving the sign out, which is fine but we weren't told this initially), the towels had holes in it. The provided hair dryer nearly fell off the wall it was so lovely attached which is worry some (electricity!!). Bed had one of those old fashioned mattresses with springs, so not very comfy. Overall not impressed by the room.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse war schön um abends noch etwas zu trinken.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Die Dusche auch.
